  The staff member not only gave me a defective computer, they humilated me and blamed me and condescended me. The worst day of my life. I will never go here ever again.

  Helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. Had to return an Epson printer that had failed again. They were really helpful with getting this exchanged along with the expensive inks.

  great friendly atmosphere, and always worth the regular visits to check out what deals they have. the laptops here also seem to have a better stock (quantity).
