Really bad service. They couldn’t process refund on Apple pay!!! You’d think a tech store can handle mobile payments! Don’t bother with this shop. Buy off the internet. Hopefully, Amazon roll out in Australia will give us better options and experience.

You can pretty find any electronics stuff you need here. The staff is as helpful as they can get, but you have to seek out their help. Often times they'll be standing by the customer service pole waiting for people to ask for help, so you do have to go out of your way to find them. Otherwise they are really helpful and have staff who specialize in specific areas, such as, audio, computers and hardware, etc. Good stop for your electronic needs.

Even when not much packed, actual staff to help you out, or simply to point out where things are etc, are a rare species. And i don't understand some of the staff's "too cool for school attitude" in this place. seriously. I've seen better services at other JBs. this one's only good when you just need to grab the thing you want, pay for it and get out. Self service. Might as well install self service checkouts at this place considering the traffic it gets and the apathy displayed by staff.

Great range of products. Poor and disgusting stuff. Even their manager doesn't have any customer servicing skill as well. The phone I bought yesterday got an obvious faulty(sloping screen) but none of them admit that after inspection! The only thing they "tried" to help me was "send it to the manufacturer" and I have to wait for up to 10 weeks! I refused and applied to get my money back, they adamantly refused then started to treat me as a freak, left me standing there for almost 1 hour. I feel I had been greatly humiliated. The quality of service has dropped dramatically in recent 5 years. I will never come back anymore. Melbourne central store much more better than this one.
