  I wasn't to start off my saying I did not purchase a car in the end from John Hughes. Although, this was not due to the lack or service and accommodation of the staff. In particular, Paul Rosling! After an awful experience at Car Giant in Morley where the sales rep after asking to test drive 2 cars in his own words said "On Saturdays, I don't come to test drive cars, I come to make deals". I work 1 and a half hours from home and this is the only time I can come in to look and test car so as you could imagine I was a little shock... #rude. Anyway, we went into John Hughes and was immediately greeted by Paul. We expected pushy and 'vulture' service but he only asked what we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction and left us to have a chat. Once we had a look around and chat, we headed back and asked to test drive 2 cars, and within 10min, they were both ready to drive! Paul just asked for my licence and away we went for as long as we pleased! It was very refreshing to not be in the car with the rep explaining all the bells and whistles I've previously researched for months. We got back to the yard and decided I wanted one more then then the other, although it was a little too much out of my price range. So he rang about and stated he would hold his car and hold another for only 1 deposit (subject to viewing aswell!). So, in turn... He was holding 2 cars for me with no guarantee of a sale for one 1 deposit where if I didn't like either car I could get my money back. I took the offer and went back to my weekend. I did some more research which lead me to saying no to both cars from John Hughes. This whole experience I'm waffling on about is for Paul. He was the most accommodating, helpful, kind and chilled sales rep I have ever come across. Very humble and just wants to see you're looked after! If John Hughes ever see's this review, please give Paul a huge six pack of his choice because he is just a top bloke in your team.

  I bought my first new car from John Hughes last month and I had the very best service and after sales service! Thank you for a great experience Mr. Hughes!

  Bought a ute from John Hughes, a few months later the turbo broke. Spent a lot of time backwards and forwards with them to try and get it fixed. After a month we finally get a recon turbo in. A few years later it is broken again. Everyone I have spoke to previously and now have been rude! I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car from John Hughes.

  Always have received great service from the guys and girls at John Hughes Cars. Great prices and professional staff. Always willing to assist when needed. John Hughes has been in business for decades and decades based on their professional business approach. -- Let me just say that negative reviews are often 'inflated' to better side with the person posting the review - everyone is tough behind a keyboard.

  Always excellent, authentic service, great cars as competitive prices and a straightforward finance process. I've been buying my cars here for years and will continue to do so for many more to come!
