  My mother was a regular at this Establishment but recently in a appointment was bullied by an employee who knew of her and descriminated against her while having her hair treated, the appointment was cut short with no conpensation. it is unnacceptable to have an amployee who will bully those that come into their care, for such an expensive service that was abrupt and harsh it is disgusting.

  Always have a nice time and Gemma always does a great hair do. Products are great too.

  On first visit, found staff re: colour a gem. Not overally impressed with cut. 2nd visit, staff re: colour seemed distracted. Hmmm.... Is that why my colour seems a bit hit and miss? Cut- staff was SO excited with what going to happen. So was I. However, first time EVER I have returned to a salon - wanting to have not only the cut being so difficult to handle, not being what I wanted and if I wanted it-so uneven. Got pretty much another bad version. Would like to give a good review, can't.
