  Was a bit hesitant to go after reading some of these reviews, but it looks like the Just Cuts staff have paid attention and made some big changes for the better. In the time I sat waiting for my appointment, I noticed every hairdresser was listening very closely to what their client was asking for, working with them to make sure they were happy. My experience was the same when it was my turn. I'm pretty terrible at explaining what cut I want but the lady was super accommodating and worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I was after. I needed some product and she was honest with what I needed which was their cheapest one, didn't try to upsell anything. Honest people, I'll definitely be going back :)

  Very disappointed with this store, my fiancé went to get a trim and the women gave him a crew cut! Completely ruined his hair, will never be returning to this store

  Such a good cut. I have difficult hair to cut and it was tamed and stylish.

  Very rude. Showed her a picture of the hair cut (very simple) i was aiming for and she completely brushed me off with negative comments and acted like she didnt want to be in anyones presence. Definitely not going back. :)

  Hair dresser was very rude and very busy. Very poor customer service. Was not listening to the customer.
