  I like that you can just walk in but I don’t like that you can’t see the same person each time. Everyone I’ve seen has been very good but I have recently had to change to a place that takes bookings as it doesn’t always work with a young baby and a todler.

  Very rude staff. I turned up at 1:30pm on Sunday for a haircut. Literally, got turned away and they told me they are closing soon. Looked at their hours. They close at 3pm. Never seen people do bad business like this. Staff are lazy - reflects poor management.

  Only giving one star because there's no option for 0. Thought I'd give the place a try because I've seen it there since it opened but never given it a go. It was really, really awkward. The hairdresser kept yanking my hair whenever she wanted me to adjust my head, I don't know where that's taught but most places they just place their hand on your head and move it gently right? She also cut it far too short and stated in her opinion it was more modern. The black haired hairdresser was also discussing non PG subjects and there were more than a few young boys around which was uncomfortable. The worst part was she kept checking her phone, by the time I got up out of that chair honestly I was amazed the place even has regular customers.

  I have previously had bad experiences at just cuts salons and I basically swore off them however my usual salon closed down recently so I needed to find a new place for a haircut. In desperation I resorted to just cuts civic even though the reviews made me sceptical. Now, I have notoriously poor quality hair (inherited from my mothers side) but I was VERY pleasantly surprised when I walked out with a nice haircut and AMAZINGLY smooth, even and shiny hair. I would recommend this place above all others I have been to. I love their quality and their amazing friendly service.
