  I telephoned KDC and was asked by the Receptionist to put my requirements in writing. I wrote that I have an industrial site that I would like a company like theirs to help with a subdivision and the associated Council submission. After a week without a response I followed up with another email. I then followed up with another telephone call. My email was found in the system and I was promised a return phone call. A week later I’m looking elsewhere for assistance as KDC did not respond to my enquirers.
