  Kent Lost one of my boxes of winter clothes. I have called on numerous occasions and each time someone told "they are looking for the paper work" and "will call me back asap" its been over a month and still no returned call. I have tried to lodge complaints through the Kent website quoting my order number but the internet site wont let any complaints be reported.... Go else where for your next move.
