  I promised to take my lovely Granddaughter to KFC, but I read some mixed reviews so I rang ahead because I was worried. Jordan picked up the phone and promised us a wonderful dinner. And it was!!! xxxxx

  Tables were dirty, booth chairs were grotty and the serving counter was filthy. Service was, at best mediocre. This store needs to lift its games

  Since I last gave feedback, overall cleanliness has improved a great deal and the food quality is so much better. Keep up the great work.

  Only the first time, we have received what we had asked for in our ordered at the drive through. We have been there 4 time in the last month. I think it would be better if this KFC would take the orders where we pay. Not at the speaker. Even when we repeat our order at time of payment. They say yes! that's correct but when we get home we discover it is incorrect. Its not what we ask for. Not happy. It makes it hard to go to a other KFC. The next closes on our way home is on South Road at Melrose Park. Due to road works we travel Marion Road. I hope service does improve and other customers have a better experience.
