  I use this store very often as I work nearby and every time I go I come out disappointed. The young girl at the front with brown hair maybe thinks it’s fine to act like stupid but it’s not. Every time I ask for well done chips and she gives me the undercooked and fluffy one! Obviously I notice that and I ask again: are this well done cooked? Her answer: yes they are. A rubbish bin outside the shop is full of my chips! Wherever I go they cook my chips more on request, only here they don’t do!! Very disappointed

  The food is usually always amazing and fresh, tbe current manager at welland is a stud knows how to do his job well complete legend looks after you if anything ever goes wrong with your order which is rare might i add.

  Last time I'm going to this KFC. Went to the drive thru and ordered a popcorn chicken go-bucket. Gave the lady some cash and she dropped the change, which I had to pick up holding the other cars back. Receiving my order they gave me the wrong size. Chicken was extremely greasy and chips were dreaded with salt. Absolute not recommend going to this KFC, unless you like rude customer service and disgusting food.

  The lady in drive thru was lovely and the service was amazing. Would come here again and again. Chicken is always perfectly cooked and tender.
