::FAILED - miserably !!! - Terrible service will never use King again - Three weeks ago my wife and I visited their shop and wanted to order a couple of feet for our three piece suite. My wife actually showed the original foot to make sure we get the right one. At that particular time there where 4 pretty ladies all sat together on the front desk with their bushy eye lashes and fancy finger nails, that was the give away and realised this was not going to plan as they did not really listen with competence. Two weeks later we went back to the shop because they said they would contact us and didn't. There was no order and apologised and would confirm on the phone the next day. Surprise surprise they didn't call and when my wife contacted them, they had no record on the system. I really think that senior management should seriously review the employees to make sure they are competent to look after their customers. We have decided to buy a new three piece suite instead and will not be going back to King, their loss.
