  Really nice furniture. Within a couple of months, one of the recliner chairs got squeaky and King Living were great and got someone out. However, the man that came out scratched our new floor in the process :(

  Good service and caring staff. We went there before Christmas and they let us know that big sale was coming and suggested we came back in a week

  Very friendly & helpful service. After a day shopping at various other furniture stores being mainly ignored, this was extremely refreshing! Love the products too

  The ordering process was fine, service was good and the couch came on time. The interest free business model is really confusing, they sign you up to an online credit card company called Once Credit, the website is really poor, passwords don't work, even when you get a new one set up from Once Credit it doesn't work. I have had to call Once Credit about 4 times now to get a statement so i can start paying off the couch, no success, not sure where the people on the phone are speaking to you from. If you call King they basically tell you they cant help you. Which is poor, if you advertise these types of benefits for customers you really need to be able assist all the way through, I feel i that i have been hand-balled off now to be once credits problem now that king have their money.. I can only give 3 stars.
