  Excellent service!!! Fixed my thermostat and now my car runs perfectly! I work in the shopping centre and one of the boys walked all the way to give me my key :-) they also took into consideration my price range in order to fix my car efficiently and cheap. I was quoted extreme prices at other mechanics and am glad I went to Ingle Farm.

  For small repairs - ok other than that I'm not comfortable, just had some work done somewhere else and paid LESS than what I was quoted for just the part at kmart. I must say I'm disappointed

  The manager seemed quite adament about providing not enough information about what i was enquiring about..then had a mental breakdown in front of me saying "what do u want from me"..just before walking out swearing...very professional mate..very qualified...if my 3 yr old acted like that i wouldn't be amazed..unfortunately you're 30 and should consider whether that is acceptable customer service from a manager..and probably get some help for your problems as adverse to taking them out on potential clientele..
