  6pm Thursday, waited more than 20 min to be served. We returned home by taxi after a surgery and dropped there to buy only 2 prescription medicine. Then fews day later, we bought more the medicine at other chemist with half price. Never come back again

  A really welcoming and friendly store with extremely patient staff. When I went to make some queries about folate, the pharmacist not only answered all my questions but also printed two pages of information about folic acid from the Australian Medicine Handbook. Another time I couldn't decide which pair of earrings to buy and one of the staff helped me to select. Wonderful customer service. Definitely would come again.

  A very disappointing experience as a regular customer being belittled by the pharmacist in-front of other customers. I will not be returning to this store again!
