  Love this place. Best Indian/ Pakistani food I’ve had in Australia. Full of flavour and authenticity. They cater very well for how spicy you like your food and quite family friendly - plenty of kids in the restaurant for a dinner service. Service is also very accommodating. One of my new favourite eating spots.

  An absolute disgrace. I had eaten here before and we had a pretty good experience.... so we took my parents there to finish off what was a great night. We had called ahead and asked what time they closed..they advised "don't worry kitchen closes at 10:20pm come in." We got there at 10:10. They put us in a dirty corner and then when I politely asked to move, they refused. We kept persisting because it was a disgusting corner with a stack of high chairs and ripped off wall paper, then they put us in a decent spot. After 2 mins of being there they sat there and we ordered. Once they had our purchase they put the food on our table and watched us (within 2 metres) eat our food. As we ate they kept coming up telling us to leave. We had all of our food for approx -10 minutes on the table before we were asked to leave. We asked if we could finish our meal in peace and they just said we are closed. We could not understand why they would accept any orders in the restaurant if they were just going to treat people that way. So embarrassed as a local and would never dine here again!!!

  Great Pakistani and Indian food. BYOB. Gets busy so best to book in advance. Would definitely go back. They also have a branch in Darling Harbour.

  Authentic Five star and a real gem. Have eaten here second time, and enjoyed a very solid meal at Lal Qila restaurant today.thay make my weekend. The service was fantastic.The food was very good with wonderful recommendations by manager . All in all it was a very good experience and good value. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.....

  Worst experience ever.. Very poor customer service....food is poor tasting.. maybe we can cook better gravy at home than what they serve.. Quantity too less to the price they bomb on us.. Simply avoid this place... Waste of money
