  Today I went in and was served by a boy named Darcy. He was so friendly! He knew all the product very well and helped me out so much I couldn’t be happier with his service. I hope his hard work and dedication to his job has been recognised because it was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had!

  i visited a couple days ago and was greeted by some staff from across the store. my friends and i were very stuck on what we wanted, and this would appear very obvious to anyone who was paying attention. there was nobody else in the store, but the 2-3 staff members who were there just stood there and glared at us. they didn’t ask to help us or anything. it was really surprising to me to see for such a popular brand name, and in such a popular location with such poor service skills. it’s kind of sad that as a sixteen year old working at maccas, i have better customer experience skills. we left the store feeling unwanted and all round weirded out- and we ended up buying new jeans from cotton on instead.

  Staff was absolutely rude. Except the Asian guy two others were extremely racist. Instead of giving it back to them I chose not to spoil my day and spent my money at general pants where the customer service and products both are beyond the league.

  Possibly the best customer service I've ever experienced. These guys really went the extra mile.
