  David and the team have been making us feel welcome for more than a decade. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff always have time to chat and discuss the latest models, even if we aren't buying at the time. Oh, the cars have always been faultless too.

  They are a huge disappointment. Charge exorbitant amount on simple service, most service managers are useless. Sales is there to rob you, while the brand is good the dealership isn't that great. They charged a big amount of 2400 $ for a simple alternator and battery change. Alternator is a cheap OEM part worth 250$, while the battery should be around 200$. I would suggest staying away after the warranty period. Dealers actually spoil the brand name. Lexus international should take note of this if they want to stay on the top.

  We have bought two cars from Lexus of Perth over the last 2 years. Both times we had a outstanding experience purchasing our vehicles through Jason. The Lexus brand is second to none and the after service has been fantastic. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a new or used vehicle with first class service.
