  Should you be wandering to the edges of the earth, and find yourself in the quaint little port city of Albany, then do yourself right and get a meal at Liberté. Delicious cocktails and Asian-fusion cuisine. Pho poutine is a gastronomic revelation!!!

  Best food in Albany. Amazing setting in an old hotel with really cool decor. Very intimate. The food is french Vietnamese and done very well.

  Divine food, a perfect blend of French and Vietnamese kitchen! Nice cocktails and beer selection! Unique interior! Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Nothing to add, just go there!!

  Please, if you love good food, come here. We came on a Wednesday evening and were served very friendly and funny with food that is extraordinarily amazing. The fusion cuisine was hands down superb. We ordered four plates and everyone managed to excite in a different way. Wish I had two stomachs to have more of the good food. Interior is quirky and original, with antique furniture and chandeliers, we loved it.

  One of the best bars in Western Australia, hands down my favourite place in Albany. A unique heritage antique bar with a decadent French inspired rear dining room. The cocktails and gin selection are world class. Bar staff make tasty recommendations and food is fairly good. An eclectic atmosphere with plenty of places to sit, chat and bring drink absinthe. You won't regret a visit to Liberte. Excellent themed dining events also.
