  My mum had a heart attack and was moved to this hospital to get a pace maker and for care. Clare and all the nurses were unbelievably kind, compassionate and caring to my mum and our whole family. The entire experience made what was a terrible time for us as a family, one that was special. I cannot thank all the doctors and nursing staff enough. They were absolutely incredible. Thank you.

  Staff will not find out if partner is out of surgery, they wont let u see them in recovery, fees are disgustingly high. Paid a fortune for a terrible service.

  Communication very poor! Always check before arrival, there is a bed waiting for you even though you have confirmation. It doesn't take much time to make a phone call especially for patients who live a long distance away.

  Great facility and staff. Only problem is the daytime parking.

  Booked a private room two months in advance and paid for it. They stuck me in a shared room with some old patient with a serious snoring problem that was ripping the paint off the walls ... not happy. Had to wait for hours like a piece of meat until my number was up and was wheeled away and operated on. Woke up in a recovery room with about 10 others. Doctor had an attitude when checked up on. Then had to hang around all nite with the old guy. Then stuffed around in the morning until the doctor finally arrives and then she gives me the do's and dont's. I told her quickly that she is not my mother or my wife, so just advise me. Then on the way out had to go to the chemist or maybe you would guess your at the morge, well same personality anyway. Wont be heading back there in a hurry. Next time might look at Thailand
