  We bought two Herman Miller Aeron Office Chairs from these guys and found their in-store service was excellent. I appreciate how easy it was to decide which chair best suited our needs. Their product information was helpful, and it made the experience of buying office chairs a breeze. My only comment (and the reason why I didn't give 5 stars) was that we had issues with the delivery. We paid $100 for delivery and were promised a time and day these chairs arrived. They didn't arrive on time, and as a result, we had to rearrange our time to make sure someone was free at home over three different occasions until the chairs arrived - that was a bit annoying especially when you pay for delivery assuming it will be hassle-free. After emailing my frustration to Living Edge, they called us to thank us for our feedback but to also see what they could do to ensure this doesn't happen again. They offered a very generous gift as their way of saying thank you to us for providing our feedback. I loved how they cared about our issue and did everything they could, in the end, to ensure we didn't have a bitter experience with them. No other brand offered this sort of 'post-sale' treatment - so thanks, guys - we appreciate it :).

  Some really cool designed/engineered furniture here. Helpful service. Expensive (but competitive) prices.
