  Language barrier and charging extra to eat in unable to satisfy customer, did not listen to the request and was rude about it. Food is pricey and customer service not great. I was an observer to my friend being treated unfairly.

  Expensive meals for 2! Seriously?! I would expect better service for the price of their meals. Not impressed at all! And when I expressed the fact that I wasnt happy with something - the staff member I complained to swerved our tavle for the remainder of the night and I genuinely wasnt rude or anything.??? Not ever eating there again. 😒 i would happily pay the price if the food and service were better. There was one staff member who was good to us for the entire night though so i guess they dont lose all their browny points.

  I have been to Loong Fong on several occasions and never been disappointed. It is great for larger groups with their round tables and huge lazy susans. The food is delicious and although I don't eat seafood, those I dined with assured me it was heavenly.
