::Giving 5 stars for excellent service, know-how of not only range available but also general travel advice and how to best pack and care for your luggage. I bought something that I saw in another shop down in Sydney and they wouldn't budge on price so called Cam at Luggage Direct in Kedron, he held it for me straight away and gave me wayyy more than the 30% off sale that the Sydney store wouldn't give me! They're about 43% cheaper on average than regular retail. Couldn't be happier - Cam even offered to carry my luggage to my car. Excellent service!

::They didn't have the item I was searching for but took my name and number. To my surprise they followed up with a call the next day to advise they would not be receiving stock in in time for my trip. With service like this I will definitely give them first try next time I have a need.
