  Had good service but this shop has closed down permanently ;) as of early 2018

  Wife purchased a pair of shoes and advised to put some silicon gel cushioning on the bottom for added comfort. Didn't quite work and when she went back to return they said that they have a no refund policy. She was not made aware of it at all at this time and i know she is pretty good at checking these things. The Store Manager said, "they were probably quite busy at the time but it is on the receipt!" Seriously???
