::Mach 1 is an excellent Gym, I have been training there for many years at both venues Joondalup & Osborne Park. The schedule is great as you can train early morning through the day to evenings in various martial arts. The trainers are all very helpful and accommodate everyone from experienced fighters to beginners. Whether you want to just train and get fit or compete at top level, this is the place!
