  Recently I had cause to contact the company regarding a small tear in the top mattress (Bellissimo 2000) they immediately got in touch with me to provide help. In just a day they had arranged for the item to be picked up and taken back to the workshop to be repaired, there was no questions or hesitation In just 24 hours they had repaired the item and got it back to me. To be honest I have never experienced such fantastic customer service and support in my life.

  Helpful and friendly staff, good location and wide range of beds... but the sales spiel is only helpful if you plan to spend more than $2000.

  Staff were incredibly helpful. Was mainly looked after by Victoria who seemed to generally care about helping us find the right mattress. There was another guy that helped us out too who was also great but didn’t catch his name. Both were not at all pushy and made the whole process really easy.

  Mattress was amazing from these guys at first, but hasn't continued that way. I've slept on other mattresses and think I wouldn't shop with these guys again unfortunately.

  Paid the full price for a mattress, which I was told would take a few days to make in the factory. The next day I changed my mind about the mattress (found a cheaper, better one elsewhere). A day or so later I was told that although the bed had not even begun to be made in the factory, I could not get any refund. After much negotiation I very reluctantly agreed to give the manager $50 to cancel the order. BEWARE ...THESE PEOPLE DON'T GIVE ANY REFUNDS, UNLESS YOU BRIBE THEM.
