  Location was great and quite convenient for my needs. The room was excellent and clean. Was surprised by the little touches to make my experience better.

  Stayed for a night and really enjoyed it. the hotel is in a great location, walking distance to so many restaurants, transport connections and shopping, but with relatively less traffic than some other parts of the city. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. A Highlight was the hotel breakfast included - one of the best I've had for a while with omelette/egg chef ready to go and freshly cooked pancakes also.

  Great location, close to CBD and Wynyard train station. Comfortable and clean rooms with very good and friendly service. Good room service options from the restaurant downstairs. The only downside is the restricted views from some of the rooms facing the side wall of the neighbouring building. I recommend the Mantra - good value for money.

  Good location - unfortunately very poor service. Air con was set to Siberian winter cold & it took 3 calls & a visit to reception to finally get someone to adjust it. The reception staff were incredibly rude. Better options around Circular Quay.

  It's an old hotel with some decent renovations done, but you can still feel how tired the bones are. Our 1 br apartment was perfect for us and our little 11mo. With a big room, big living area and a bonus lounge, there was plenty of room. Kitchen had just adequate utensils... We had to call up for some missing things like a cutting board. The washing machine and dryer were probably older than me, but they were still in good working order... However, the shower was leaking into the lounge cupboard and the leak went all over the carpet. The room service was decent for what you pay and service was very friendly through out our stay. Their card system could do with an overhaul though... Seemed to be lots of issues with it. Thanks for a great stay overall. Recommended for families.
