::Feels JUST LIKE HOME!!!! Perfect location and no hassles in check in. Also view from the apartment is just amazing. Best apartment for a family of four or three. Slightly expensive but worth the cost.

::It was so terrible, I saw a big cockroach after midnight and I was so scared that I couldn't sleep,I called hotel staff and I told her that I wanted someone to come and kill the cockroach. I had to wait for a long time so I called the hotel staff again and someone came to my room. He saw the cockroach and then he killed it with his foot. He then tried to throw it into the trash can of my room,I yelled "No" So he then went out of my room with it. Next morning I checked out and the staff asked me "how was your stay?" I said "it was so bad" She replied "I'm sorry ". The manager didn't say "Sorry" She just said "Because they are flying". I came to Gold coast again but I am staying in a different accommodation. I will never stay there again.

::Great rooms, great views. Has indoor and outdoor pool, gym and games room. Perfect location has all the shops and bus stop outside.

::Overall the place has the best view of Surfers and Ocean on the Gold Coast i think, 1 bedroom Spa Ocean View Apartment is big but needs a few fixes!! Cleaners need to do a better job, hair in the carpet everywhere, air con smells funny, plates are greasy and finger marks all on them, chips and food left through pull out cupboard in kitchen. One good thing is the reception team, really helpful and made everything a breeze. Vivian in reception was 10/10, really went out of her way to help out with a check in problem which was my fault. Hotel is good, wish it could fix the little things.

::Everything there suits us. We don't do the nightclub scene, but the entertainment is wonderful. The rooms are very nice and modern, facilities are lovely such as the pools, and gym is well equipped. We definitely suggest hiring electric scooters.
