  Very impressed! Had an impromptu gathering and the wonderful bar staff treated us like royalty. Thanks especially to Nicole. Excellent customer service and care.

  Stayed 6 nights in 2 bedroom apartment. Very disappointed. Expensive zero value for money. After 3 days had to ask for the place to be vacuumed & finally received a shower cap. Very poor selection for breakfast not worth buying . Place is very tired looking needs updating. The beds were comfortable but we never received clean linen & our bags had to stay on the floor as no stand was provided Definitely would NOT recommend

  The room is spacious and clean. Good views from rooms on street side, though traffic noise is a bit high. Laundry facilities are handy. Breakfast in hotel restaurant is below average. There are very limited choices, particularly hot food.

  Comfortable place located in the heart of the Central Business District. A convenient 10-minute walk to Melbourne Museum and Melbourne Central. The Free Tourist Tram is just a few walking steps away from the hotel. Just look out for tram stop #8 and tram service 35. Would have been a more pleasant stay if free wifi is offered.

  Zimmer sind ganz ok. Der Rest des Hotels ist etwas herunter gekommen
