  Awesome customer service! Rear ended by a taxi at a zebra crossing. Both the Taxi company and their dodgy insurance company were rude and unprofessional. After being poorly treated by PRM Taxi Pty Ltd and QOA Taxi Cover, my car was finally towed to Mark McHugh Body Works. I called Mark McHugh's shop as I was apprehensive, however I was immediately put at ease. The staff were helpful and understanding, professional and personable. McHugh's staff went above and beyond by personally arranging a courtesy replacement vehicle for me. Thanks for going the extra mile! My car currently in shop being repaired..... Looking foward to picking it up!
