::I attended the practice with my 7 year old son. The receptionist asked one of the doctors if she could see my son who was quite unwell. The doctor flatly refused! Patient care is obviously not a priority at this practice.

::The doctor made me feel like a fool when I said no to various 'non compulsory' travel tablets that I never used/needed during my last trip - I was pressured into buying it all and the bill racked up to $400...Great. To top it off, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and didn't take me seriously because I'm young I guess.
