The pricing is GREAT, turn around time was perfect as well.....not dramas. He was very knowledgeable about the variety and range of bedding available. Sher allowed time to test each mattress in a relaxed low-pressure environment. He ran through different options at various price points and was keen to understand my needs and take the time to highlight which mattresses would be most likely to fit them. Sher followed up with a phone call a week after I had purchased my mattress to check that the mattress was meeting expectations.
