  Commercial ice as expected but kinda nice to sit at the bar and watch things get made. They also have cool names for the milkshakes... I tried the peanut butter iced choccy cocktail... not bad

  Understaffed and unhappy staff running around like crazy. Waited for ages to get served and it wasn't that busy! Very dissapointed. Staff actually running in the store. OH&S issue I would have thought. Very dangerous. Customers had to resort to cleaning their own tables so they could sit down! Ohh and the desserts we had were expensive and very ordinary! Won't be back.

  Worst experience I have had for a long time. Waited 45 minutes for a hot chocolate, when it finally arrived the waitress tipped about a quarter of it on the table. She then smeared the chocolate around on the table and when I asked if she would mind wiping it up properly she said NO! Ordered a dark chocolate which wasn't dark, but at that stage I had lost my appetite and left.

  My first time and the place was a pigsty! This is outside the store, your first impression of the business and it looked more like a rubbish tip. Cleaned our own table so we would sit down. Milkshake was nice, however at $8.80 and it was pretty small...you'll have to do better to get me to go back

  The service here is decent, however I would like to see maybe an improvement in preparation quality if I was to pay the ever-so premium price of the products. The counter was mildly messy, and I waited a while for my order. The Staff were extremely nice, however, and I was satisfied enough to not make a complaint.
