::Pricey dessert place. Only come here on special occasions, and that definitely not every weekend. Menu doesn't have a great range of varieties. Though prices remain the same in the last well 3 years that I can remember but portion wise it has become smaller. Great location for family outing.

::The place attracted chocoholics. I was suggested to come and tried many their dishes. You have to wait for a while if there are many people. They didn’t clean the desk immediately. The staff was gentle and showed her patient. But we guests need to pay back our patient to get their desserts. The only dish I enjoyed was their brownie. It was not too sweet and some nuts made it more delicious. However, the price is a little bit expensive. Have a taste here if you have time.

::Deserts and hot chocolates where lovely when they FINALLY arrived! This is not the place to go for a quick sweet fix, plan at least 3 hours. Restaurant overall was really messy, plus the wait time from the moment you step foot in the door till the time your order arrives and it equals a really unpleasant experience.

::Good for a cheeky late night treat. It should be noted the staff are obscenely slow but the hot chocolate is worth the wait. Just make sure it's hot before you leave otherwise you'll be disappointed. Unfortunately the food has never been a hit for us at this particular Maxx Brenner but we will continue to go back for the Italian Thick Dark Hot Chocolates. I suggest avoiding it during peak training hours as the wait will put a dampener on your evening. Shop front located in a very convenient location with loads of other dinning options to attend first then drop in for a after dinner treat on your way home.

::Great coffee and lovely salted chocolate tart (when tart finally arrived). Had finished my coffee and had to go to counter and enquire about my food that I saw sitting there for 10 minutes. I like to enjoy both together. Pretty poor service for a single diner.
