Wonderful shopping experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and had an excellent understanding of the brand - I left a very happy customer.

The service was very disappointing. Communication was difficult due to poor English spoken. Poor knowledge of the stock carried was a surprise as the stock is not large. No effort made to solve what was a very small problem in achieving a sale. I ended up buying the items overseas as I had contacts there and the end result took less time and was cheaper. I gave this store 1 star only to facilitate this post. It does not deserve the 1 star.

This is the worst shop in Sydney Westfield, staff are snobbish and beyond rude! Mist terrible shopping experience in our life!
