::Every time I have ever come to mayday I have experienced amazing customer service from the moment I walk in the door. I've never waited to be welcomed. This was the same today as I struggled through the door with my pram and staff ran to help. This is not the same in all Richmond cafes. In fact I live and eat in Richmond all the time and consider mayday to be by far the best customer service. The food is always amazing too. Coffee could be hotter but that's my only complaint.
