  Haha. The picture does no justice. You have to try the wagyu burger. Very enjoyable. Get it while it lasts.

  크림추가된 바닐라라떼를 주문했지만, 무례한 여직원은 미안하다는 사과없이 일반바닐라 라떼를 줬다. 크림이 왜 없냐고 물었지만, "없다" "out of stock " "it is same"만 외쳤다. 니눈에는 크림라떼랑 그냥라떼가 같냐? 매번 메뉴에 토마토가 없거나, 일반 민트티에 직원맘대로 우유를 넣는다. Sorry 라는 단어를 먼저배웠으면 좋겠다. 그들이 인종차별주의자가 아니라면 말이다.

  Always rude when you ring up and complain about an order they have messed up. The inconvenience and complete disregard for what customer service really is!! The waiting time is ridiculous and they mess up your meal anyway, so I’d recommend asking for fresh every time you go here & double check your orders before you leave.

  More often than not the drive thru orders are wrong. Going inside is no better. Half the time you need to go back to the counter to get missing items. Don't even advise that items from the menu aren't available until you approach them as to where your order is. Then management response is atrocious. Advising customers that the menu item was delicious the same time they say there is none available. Poor form. Won't bother coming back.

  One of the worst Maccas I’ve ever experienced. I ordered grilled chicken salad. I was waiting for my order then saw a guy chopping veggies and meats on the bench without any chopping boards. He didn’t even sanitized and clean up before chopping another thing. Both meats and veggies are chopping together in the same BENCH. I asked them if they have chopping board and they said yes and then silent.... sorry but I feel really disgusting. Seats and tables outside are seriously full of dust and bacteria...
