  Mayfield maccas is a shame about this place!! I never, ever go back there The staff don't smile, they r not friendly n they come across that some one is out 2 get them They r so lucky that i give them 1 stare that's is just the cleanness of the restaurant So some 1 needs to train them about customer service

  Slways fresh and quick service, I Uber drive and the staff put up with some real stupid people.. well done.

  It's Maccas. What else can you say? The food is great, always up to MacDonald's standards, but the service here appears to be slower than any other Maccas I've been to. But again, that's just Maccas. Great for a bite to eat before the movies.

  Night time crew trainer was recently caught picking up cooked fries with his bare hands to bag up so you know they were definitely cold. McDonald's Broadmeadow night time staff think customer service & food handling safety regulations are something to joke about. Day Staff good, Night staff - avoid before you get food poisoning.

  Poor cleanliness. The entire time visiting, no time or attention paid to clean or present the food retailer. Food on floor, seats & tables. No soap in toilets. Plenty of attention paid to picking & packing orders for Uber eats. Come on start respecting your company & yourselves & keep it clean & tidy.
