  WARNING DO NOT GO HERE! they WILL mess up your order. Worse Maccas ever. I don't like giving bad reviews but literally the last 3 times I have been here they have messed up my order. Last time I went here I ordered a 6 nugget meal and they gave me 5 nuggets! The time before that they gave me a quarter pounder when I ordered a double quarter pounder. I stupidly decided to go here tonight and when I arrived they told me I could only pay with cash and I only had my card so had to drive to Mermaid Beach Maccas. I've heard from others also that they are renowned for messing up orders. I swear management here must deliberately train the staff to mess up at least one item in everyone's order. Do yourself a favour and go to a different Maccas. I'm not lovin it!

  This was a positive experience. They accidently charged me for someone elses order. They were really apologetic and the manager reversed the transaction immediately and made my order complimentary for the inconvenience. Also the add to the experience my large fries was hot and full (seems rare). So I wanted to congratulate the staff for turning this around so well and I didnt need to complain or anything. Well done.

  Drive through issues cause major traffic problems. Expansion doesnt help just wasted money. One manager is also disgraceful with the way he treats his staff. Treatenting junior employees outside of work is not what anyone should be doing let alone the person meant to be leading that young team.

  Went there for breakfast.. Excellent service. Love the table numbers and food delivered to us.
