::Very poor customer service. Extremely long wait time for a simple order - even that was messed up! Since the last visit here with the kids it has really gone down hill. Old food was everywhere under the tables outside- even the birds refused it! I was very surprised by the poor customer service. They were trying to get all the customers to order via the central self serve stations.

::Extremely poor service by manager at drive through.I wish there was an option of negative stars. So, here's the story- I ordered a skinny cappuccino 'extra hot' around 7:15 am on Sunday 24/12/17 (giving you details so you can pull up this idiot). I was asked to wait in the waiting bay. The manager who was taking orders brought the coffee out and it was nowhere close to being extra hot and I told him so. He pulled a face and said he'll make it hotter. He came back in less than a minute and gave me the cup which was dripping with coffee on one side. I called out to him atleas 3 times, he simply turned his back on me and kept walking talking orders from the drive through. I was definitely audible. So, here's the thing, the coffee wasn't even remade, it was simply reheated in the microwave and I could tell the difference in taste, hence also the drip, which is pretty poor in itself. Next is the dripping coffee without any serviettes and the worst is turning your back to a customer who wants your attention. I will never go here again.

::Poor organisation. Ordered through self service. Very Simple order of ice creams which took 15 minutes. Four others who ordered after us had their orders filled before ours. No explanation to why. Two other complaints were received in the 15minutes of our wait. Need more staff training and customer service skills.
