::my mother and I went thro drive thro Thursday night we purchased 2x quarter pounder meals, we got back to our motel started eating and go to bite into it only to find a large black hair hanging from my mouth and half way in my burger,I’m not 1 to ever complain nor write reviews but after deciding to ring the McDonald’s to speak to the manager I stated I didn’t want nothing for free only to let them no, her Response was(I HIGHLY DELT IT) then she hung up on me.I was apored by her reaction I tried ringing back several time but could not get thro it’s seemed she had taken phone of the hook.. if this is any sign of what kind of people u have to manage your restaurants I am very disappointed we are regulars there but will NOT be going back I hope this lady gets some kind of reputations for treating her customers like this.
