  The place was the second untidiest store I've been in. Seems nobody cared to clean up the tables, sweep the floors or pick up the rubbish outside. A squirt of fly spray wouldn't go astray either. Very unimpressed.

  “Manager” Cass terrible customer service and business skills. We received the wrong meal ($27 burger box) and when we arrived home called over 10 times but no answer we gave up and called back the next morning, the manager who we spoke to got the name and said we will be given a replacement meal when we come in. When we went to the meal we were told to park and they will come and “deal with us shortly” to be told it wasn’t documented (the call log on my phone was shown) it was not our fault your staff could not do their jobs properly. Waste of our money and time and the way it was dealt with was very unprofessional.

  Surprisingly very good customer service and quick visit in and out. Didn't have to wait for long. Order was correct and as required.

  McDonalds is McDonalds. Reliable burgers at a good price. It's nothing new but you can expect the same level of service at any location. Can't fault their consistency. Obviously most places will sell you a better burger but a Big Mac has never let me down at 3am.

  Holy Moly! This McDonald's has an epic children's playground. The play area has its own eating section where parents can have coffee and watch their kids through the window. The cafe is positioned right next to this section - genius! However, the playground is not supervised and last time I was there children were climbing on top of the play equipment (which is pretty high up off the ground). At one instance, staff walked past and didn't even say anything to them!! Surely, they don't expect me to supervise my own kids!! I found it very difficult to enjoy my extra hot soy, caramel latte!
