  Restaurant General Comments Service 6/10 (Service refers to the helpfulness of staff. Entry staff to food service through to cleaning service). Facilities 7/10 (Are the facilities modern and up to date. Cleanliness around walking areas eating areas and toilet areas). Food 7/10 (Does the food have an expectable level of eatability. Does it taste ok? How is it priced?) Speed and Accuracy 9/10 (What is the wait time? Did you get what you ordered?)

  ordered a lrg chai latte with caramel syrup. there was staff of 5 people on duty at 6:13am and it was quiet yet when making my chai latte the girl said "sorry but we ran out of caramel syrup and its downstair in the store room, would you like another syrup instead?" HECK NO!! make sure you're store is ready to serve of making sure you are stocked up and ready for the busy periods rather than making me as a customer wait 10mins just to get their drink made because the station wasnt prepared! not impressed and really disappointed! not only that but the poor manager had to deal with staff giving her attitude in front of me. not a good look.

  Very disappointing, I ordered for only chicken burger and called it out that no meat...still they provide a burger with pork in it. To add to it, they give a bill which says "No Spicy Chorizo"...hahaha Nice way to treat a customer

  Amazing food, but quite busy. Great for a quick bite. Good customer service. Loved it.

  Great service always with a smile. Beth served us and she was amazing. Always friendly, excellent candid spirit. Service was a bit slow from the kitchen but everything else was great.
