  There is the only one staff who is nice. Other staff are all not trained or unprofessional. Customers can see you!!!!! The quality of food is not up to standard. I had to use there several times because of my work time but I never be happy there. They forgot to put cheese in, they gave me crispy chicken instead of grilled chicken, they gave me chicken instead of beef... and burger is always all over the place in the box. It’s just really sad!!!!!!!!

  Poor customer service - the staff are unfriendly and always seem disinterested. It would have to be one of the slowest and least efficienct Macca's in existence, as even the simplest of orders takes a long time to be prepared. I don't even bother with this place anymore...

  Way too lethargic, slow and complacent service compared to other McDonalds across the world. The pigeons walking around on the tables have more energy. Places like this shouldnt rely on peoples patience, and need managing better.

  Wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I could, to keep it short and sweet the one burger I ordered with no pickles had pickles as usual and the patty was all folded over the buns were soggy and there was a HAIR in the middle of my burger a decent size silver hair! I gagged on the train platform and took it back and then the manager wouldn’t even refund me because he wouldn’t look for the hair o put back in the burger box. Don’t even go there... not worth trying not to vomit over

  I used to work here around 8 or 9 years ago and it was great back then but one day last week I went into the city and decided to give this place a visit and I got to say I was disappointed, there was rubbish everywhere and the standard of food and cleanliness have seemed to have dropped staff seem like they don't want to be working there. I remember when I used to work here everything was in order, staff were all friendly and we always had someone go in to both dining rooms to make sure their clean every 5 mins
