I bought an engagement ring for my (now) wife, and was able to get the exact design i wanted, custom made, at a cheaper price to other stores, with a better quality diamond. ::Incredibly rude service. I asked for my finger to be sized and he refused as I wasn't (yet) a customer of his business. I found another jeweller who happily obliged. Fair to say I won't ever be a customer of this store, incredibly rude and condescending customer service.
