::Very impressive service and a clear focus on people and the environmnet Had been into Council House 2 a number of times for various local government related issues. Staff are very customer-focussed, give clear advice and follow up very well.

::Melbourne City Council is infamous and ripping off people they don't need even photo evidence to prove invalid parking they can still fine you.

::Melbourne City Council is infamous for ripping off hard working people with expensive parking fines etc. Their inspectors are specially trained to just spying on you and wait for your parking to expire and as soon as it expires they'll give you a $78 fine without any compassion. The ridiculous thing is that today I parked my car with paystay like I always do, and the parking inspector without even checking, just gave me a fine straight away. Honestly, your thirst for money really disgusts me. I'd give you 0 star if I could. Wasting taxpayers money and ripping off hard working people. What kind of of government are you?
