  Attitude to a customer at counter desk is terrible. Even if the work out and pool areas are good enough, every time I have to go for any reason and have conversation at a counter desk I face the unfriendly personnel who don't even care of anything related to you and their responsibilities. Once I leave University of Melbourne, I would never come back and use this gym ever. It is actually one of the only two places in Melbourne where I do consistently meet lack of service and rude unfriendly people (second is BDM department of Melbourne)

  Great gym, good variety of group fitness classes, and modern equipment with plenty of space

  I cancelled my membership a month ago but I am still being charged. Contacted the gym twice, but the problem still remain unsolved. The "guest service" is basically useless. All they can do is telling you that "there is nothing I can do."

  Reasonable price if you hold a Melbourne Uni student card, facility quality is okay. Service quality varies
