  Service is very very slow. Food is alright ( eggs a bit overcooked though). We've spent about 40 min waiting for our breakfast to be cooked, and there were not many customers. Raisin toast came first, and eggs some 20 min later. Ha, I always thought raisin toast is kind of dessert, but they recon it's an entrée. As a result we were late for motel check out. While we were in that cafe, 3 blokes walked in to get take away coffees and 20 min later they were still there, tired of standing up. Yeah never seen anything like that, even to pay took us about 10min.

  My wife and I have been going to Melita for years and it's all because of the great food, execellent coffee and friendly service.

  Great coffee and do lovely home cooked meals. Love their BLT
