  Finally found a salon where I enjoyed every moment and had amazing service the whole time! Pricing is amazing for this kind of premium service, Mariam did an amazing job of cutting my hair and styling it perfectly and gave me the best look, she is so nice and friendly and not to mention absolutely hilarious and made my haircut experience so enjoyable! All the staff working there are professional, friendly and so understanding! They knew how to look after their customers! Glad I was able to find this place and would never visit anywhere else! I found my perfect salon! Thanks again girls! You did an amazing job! Will definitely see you soon!

  I've now visited the salon 3 times. Each time, my haircut has been progressively worse. If the place weren't so conveniently located for me, that would be it. I'm prepared to try one more barber (my third) before writing it off, however several of my colleagues are in the same boat. I'll start with some positives. Great online booking system, lovely people and sufficient product range. However, that's about it. The two barbers I have tried have provided cuts I would expect to receive from a Hairhouse Warehouse, but with a Collins Square $40 price-tag. Communication and understanding of client requests seem to be the biggest issue. It's also very convenient to blame poor lighting for missing patches of hair on a fade. But who's fault is that really? Before submitting this review, I sent an email reporting how disappointed I was with my last cut. I didn't receive any reply in what has now been a week. When I went back into the store to have my last cut fixed (yes it was that bad), I was treated like I had done the wrong thing. You've a got a great location with no competition for a huge potential customer base in the Collins Square. Very important to get the basics right first.
