  shocking service and can really put people in uncomfortable situation. having to speak to concierge and argue what is on their in room dining trading hours and and restaurant available times and then concluding he conversation say no they both say the same time and it’s 9pm not 9:30. in other words we are lying. Just for everyone’s reference. The call was made 9:02pm.

  It's a hard choice between 3 and 4... It's a great spot, lovely view, but something should really be done about the doors... soft close that shut with a BANG that echoes down the hall... Not good to get jolted out of your sleep every half an hour :( also not great that the pipes scream while other people are using the shower etc. Doesn't make for a relaxing stay. Otherwise, the rooms are nice and clean, the staff are lovely.

  My room had a big huntsman spider and when I called reception they took care of it straight away. Room was comfortable and staff were very nice. Food at restaurant was good. Parking was free.

  Excellent room however a few issues no lift to first floor rooms. The breakfast was good over all however bakon was like as well as sausages.

  In the middle of no where and $160?? The pictures on travel web sites should really be taking explicit pictures of the actual room you will be staying in, that way you know what you are getting for what price. Yes the room was clean, but as I found out later from other reviews; the place does need a clean up, updating of interiors and don't charge for bottles of water that are not Evian or high quality spring water. The fact that this place was in the middle of Charlestown and really no where exciting to be truthful; the room should have been half the price I paid. I know for next time there are more modern hotels there I should have done my homework.
