  perfect location very close to public transport and shops. Very clean and the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in (in fact I wanted to take it home) A wonderful experience.

  Good tidy hotel. Good location for mall. No breakfast but can get locally. Easy access to trains. Solid 3* hotel. Would definitely stay again.

  Stayed here for 6 weeks because of a work-assignment. Location is excellent, close to CBD and Bondi. Staff were super friendly and helpful whenever I needed them. Apartment spacious and clean, though not very cozy. The only thing I found annoying after staying there for so long were the elevators. You have to take two different ones to get up to your apartment. The first one is terribly slow, and during busy times it can take up to 10 minutes waiting time in front of the 2nd elevator to finally reach your apartment.

  Super convenient place to stay, walk downstairs to trains & buses, cross the road for cinemas & shopping, brilliant views over the city & harbour! Reception & staff were all very friendly & helpful. However, housekeeping does need improving, a quick wipe over in between guests isn't good enough sometimes. I won't publicly share the issues. The furnishings & fitouts were also slightly disappointing. I expect more comfort & luxury for this price range. The most obvious problem is the windows, I can understand the difficulties in keeping windows clean, but the views were definitely not as beautiful as they could have been.
